William W. Hughes

Mr. Hughes obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 1972, with certification as a teacher at the secondary level. He obtained his Master of Arts Degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 1975. In 1983, he graduated from Whittier School College of Law in Los Angeles, California with his Juris Doctor Degree. While in law school, Mr. Hughes was honored with two American Jurisprudence awards. He has had an office in Weld County, Colorado since 1984 while practicing law throughout Colorado. He is a present member of the Weld County Bar Association, Colorado State Bar Association, and is the Past President of the Kiwanis Club of the Rockies.

Mr. Hughes has a general civil practice emphasizing estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, medical and general powers of attorney, guardianships, conservatorships, real estate including contracts, and representation of business entities including corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.

Bradley D. Laue

Partner

Mr. Laue graduated form Colorado State University in 1984 and from the University of Nebraska School of Law in 1987. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Weld County Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association, having served on its Young Lawyers' Executive Counsel. Mr. Laue has practiced mainly in the areas of corporate and business law, municipal law, real estate and employment manners, as well as estate planning, landlord/tenant issues and civil litigation.

Mr. Laue's law practice is focused on all real estate and business related matters, including purchase and sale transactions, foreclosures, business entity organization through dissolution, real estate planning and development, oil & gas issues and lender/creditor rights as related to real estate and commercial loans and transactions. It also emphasizes on estate planning and estate administration (probate) and municipal law. Mr. Laue has served as a member of the City of Greeley Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and several United Way and Colorado Bar Association Boards. He has also served on the Board of Directors of several other non-profit organizations and various other committees assisting local government in planning and policy formation. Mr. Laue represents numerous non-profit agencies, municipalities, and small and large businesses across a full spectrum of professions.

Mr. Laue also has extensive experience in probating mineral interests and curing mineral titles. He has represented numerous clients in not only probating their mineral interests across numerous generations but also in assisting them in leasing and in the buying and selling of mineral interests.
